| Keiji opened the training room doors and let out a sigh as he entered and the many fighters of the 11th division seemed to be letting him down horribly. If his Taicho, Adachi saw this he would personally beat the crap out of Keiji. Keiji's blood began to boil as he rushed to the center of the room and released a massive amount of spiritual pressure.
"If Adachi-Sama saw this disgrace we all would be saying our last good-byes. Come I shall show you how to properly fight in this arena." Keiji roared as he egged on all of the division members to come at him at once. Keiji was strong and all of his division knew it. He was even given an option of being promoted to Taicho but turned down the position because he felt he was not worthy yet of doing so.
Keiji lifted his head up to the roof of the room and drew his blade as the first member got close enough to strike. Cutting him with his blade he made a deep gash upon his shoulder as the member looked on in pain and amazement at the fact this was simply a training room. "Come on! We are the 11th division, we fight to the death every bout, or risk death in every bout." Keiji watched as the rest of the division looked to each other and began rushing Keiji. He smiled a big smile, and watched as he would have the most fun of his life today. For till death was his only option and in death he would find peace.

| Adachi was just enjoying yet another pleasant day in the Soul Society. He was returning from a mid-morning jog when he heard a loud noise coming from his division. For obvious reasons, he was curious what was going on. He casually walked toward the barracks, and when he opened the door he found half a dozen shinigami on the ground with Keiji, his Lieutenant, standing victoriously in the center of the room. He sighed, but couldn't help but smile. He was glad he had such a crazy guy for a Lt.
"You know, if you keep beating up our own men, we might start growing a bad reputation." Adachi said as he walked toward Keiji. |

| Strike after strike Keiji laid down his division members with ease. Until there were only the last few lowest ranking members. He smiled as he readied to strike them down as well but heard the voice of his Taicho-Sama behind him. He turned and bowed in respect for his Taicho Adachi Narinori. Keiji leaned back up, "Captain Adachi, such a pleasure for you to join us. I was teaching the men the true spirit of combat. It's been a while since we had any real adrenaline rushes around here, so i figured pepping them up with a fight would do them some good." Keiji explained his total destruction of the 11th division top fighters. He smiled as he slowly approached his Captain, stopping short of where the two would meet.
He gazed at the scarred opponents upon the ground and looked to a fellow shinigami. "Call the 4th... I think our guys need some medical attention..." Keiji said, sure that he did no real damage to the top fighters of the division he simply wanted to give them the rest of the day off. "So Captain, Care to show us how it is really done?" Keiji asked looking to Captain Adachi with a wide grin. Keiji was a crazy man an anyone who knew him knew that that grin was the worse emotion that could come over Keiji's face. It meant Keiji wanted a challenge. And if he was looking at you, then he was looking for a fight. |

| He shook his head. "You'll never change Keiji... But I wouldn't have you as my Vice-Captain any other way!" He said. Adachi's demeanor went through a total change when he got in a fight and a friendly spar between friends was no different. First Adachi helped some of the wounded out of the way. "Stick around guys. I'm gonna show you how it's done." He slowly pulled out his Zanpakuto and wielded it with his right arm. He stepped away from Keiji and got in a defensive pose. "Ready when you are" |

| Keiji also helped up a few men and watched as his Captain got into a stance Keiji rarely saw from him. Keiji drew a blank for a minute before realizing it was defensive. He smiled and drew his Zanpaktou, his mind went into a frenzy as he started to display his prowess with a blade. He spun it, twisted it, slung it up and down whipped it around like a chain and even flipped it around his waist. He then took up an offensive stance. "Well i guess i'll start sir..." Keiji roared as he charged his captain. Shunpoing to his side he swung his blade slashing at his Captains right shoulder and then down toward his waist. Not aiming to hit him he simply wanted to test the defensive capabilities of this new stance he had not seen in a while.
Keiji loved to do battle with one of the great Captains he actually respected. Adachi had an attitude similar to Keiji's, he liked to go all out even in a spar. And Keiji wondered how long it would take the two of them before they tried to pull out the Bankai attacks. Keiji smiled widely at the thought of forcing his Captain to go bankai. It would greatly please him to know he kept true to his code of going all out even while in training. Something Keiji lived by everyday. |

| He saw Keiji swinging his blade all around to show his prowess, but Adachi only scoffed. "None of that matters in a fight!" he chortled as Keiji charged at him full speed. He saw the blade coming for his right shoulder, but he was able to easily block it with his sword. When the blades clashed he twinged a bit. His right arm was permanently injured long ago, before he was a captain, but he wouldn't change his fighting style for some petty injury. He parried the attack then went for a slash right down the middle. Right at the last second though, he flash stepped to Keiji's right and attemped to slash at his abdomen. He thought that this early in a fight it would be an interesting tactic to come out of the gate roaring. |
