Hollow Hole: Lucifer's hollow hole is unorthodox, taking the form of a mouth. It is located in the center of his chest, within his hollow mask remnants. It does not go through his body but instead forms a bottomless abyss. The mouth is closed normally and when opened all one sees is endless black depths.
Mask Fragment: Rather than having a broken piece of mask, Lucifer has an entire mask fully intact. It looks something like an old opera mask, with only black and white as it's colors. It has a black diamond in the forehead, and two black feathers attached to it just beneath the far outer sides of the cheekbones, one on each side. The area around the eyes is blackened, and the area beneath the eyes looks stained by black tears running down the cheeks. The rest of the mask is pure white. The teeth of the mask aren't very well defined, and they are fused with the lips. The mask has an overbite, covering the lower half of the mouth. It is located in the center of Lucifer's chest and is mostly covered by skin, but can resurface at will and the mouth can open.

Lucifer stands at a tall height of six feet six point six inches, and has a somewhat tall and slender look as shown in the images. He wears a long, somewhat ornate long sleeved shirt with cuffs. Over it he wears a large, long coat that reaches his ankles. For shoes, he wears a tall pair of black boots mostly covered by his white pants. The boots have plates of reddish black metal attached to them, on the shins and the tops of the feet. They are ornately decorated with a slightly demonic look in mind, with claw like decorations and engravings of screaming faces. Over his coat he wears reddish black metal shoulder armor and wears a necklace, a belt, and other trinkets of the same substance. His clothing is pure white, but his almost inhuman skin is even whiter, completely pale. His lips are black and somewhat thin.
Contrary to the tall and slender look he gives off, Lucifer's build is actually heavy and very muscular, although his clothing masks his strength. His face is angelic and charming, and his eyes are a mix of gold and crimson, gold towards the outside, red on the inside. Lucifer also has six large white angel wings, with one pair being much bigger than the other two pairs. He looks something like some kind of twisted angelic priest, but also gives off a dangerous look in his eyes. His eyes, despite being uniquely colored, have a certain darkness to them. A shadow seems to cover them almost always and even with his most charming smiles the evil is blatant in his expression, and often seductive to those who enjoy the dark.
Also, Lucifer has no belly button and no nipples.

Likes:
Power - Lucifer wants power almost as much as he wants to change the world. Evil doesn't bother him a bit when it comes to the pursuit of it.
Women - Lucifer's sex drive is relentless, and there is nothing that gets his attention better than a beautiful woman.
Superiority - Lucifer likes to be better than other people. Whether it is through might or mind, he loves to be the big man.
Blood - A feeling from his hollow life, Lucifer still enjoys the taste of fresh lifeblood.

Dislikes:
Failure - Lucifer absolutely hates it when he works hard at something and does not succeed. It absolutely enrages him, driving him to try again.
Inferiority - Lucifer does not like those who are better than him. At anything. If at any time he feels as though someone is superior to him, he instantly begrudges them and will work hard to surpass them and prove that he is better.
Submission - Lucifer dominates. He can be patient, he can even hold his rage back until he surpasses his rival. But he cannot tolerate the humiliation of submission. He will stop at nothing to kill those who try to humiliate him.
Males - To Lucifer other men are just competition. He respects few others of the same gender, and befriends even fewer. He typically dislikes males from the start, regardless of their first impression.
Seafood - Lucifer really does not like fishy tastes, or any kind of seafood for that matter.
Strengths:
Extreme Strength: Lucifer seems to rely on the raw power of his body most of the time. His sheer muscular power is enormous, enabling him to easily toss massive boulders and pieces of buildings. However, although his strength surpasses the limits of most other Arrancars, overworking his muscles by attempting to throw skyscrapers or something else ridiculous can rip apart his muscles and hurt him, greatly weakening him until his body regenerates.
Genius: Although he is arrogant at times to a fault, Lucifer is extremely intelligent. He has a great talent for analyzing and innovation, as well as any form of deep thought. He is easily classified as a high level genius even by harsh standards. But Lucifer's intelligence is at times corrupted by his arrogance and mild insanity.
Tough Body: Lucifer's body is hard to break or tear up. He can take a massive beating and can endure losses for quite a while. His powers also increase his body's defensive strength.
Defense Master: Lucifer knows just how to absorb blows and deflect attacks, after centuries of combat. He has mastered many defensive techniques, such as blocking, deflecting, or taking a hit. His enemies will find that it is surprisingly difficult to find Lucifer vulnerable, as his body has learned to instinctively protect itself with many complex reflexes.
Weapon Expert: Lucifer does well in unarmed combat, but he does even better with weapons. Lucifer specializes in swords and spears, and when armed with such weapons he is far more formidable. However, he is not a master of armed or unarmed combat yet.
Charismatic: Lucifer is great at diplomacy. He can sway opinions and seduce others with ease, excelling in debate and persuasion. He is especially good at inspiring others to follow him and is a skilled leader. Lucifer can be quite easy to like.
Enormous Reiatsu: Lucifer's spiritual pressure is especially massive and overwhelming. He can easily bring down those weaker than him with it, and can make the pressure so strong it can kill weaker Arrancar and Shinigami with blunt force trauma. Also, as a result, his spiritual attacks are especially powerful and are one of his specialties.
Strong will: Many often learn the hard way just how tough it is to overcome Lucifer's will. He never gives in to any temptation or mind targeting power, and viciously resists any control over him.
Weaknesses:
Lesser Speed: Lucifer always focused on blocking, deflecting, or negating attacks. For that reason, he never did much for dodging. While he isn't exactly slow, Lucifer moves at a speed slightly below the average for Arrancar of his power level. Lucifer can track the speeds of others though fairly easily, he just might not be able to keep up with them.
Elements: Fire and ice really bother Lucifer. Extremes of either temperature can really hurt him, and he hasn't built up much resistance to temperature extremes. While he isn't instantly killed by these attacks so to speak, they can do a lot more damage than other attacks would.
Less Arrancar Powers: Lucifer is a very unorthodox member of his species. While he makes up for many of the natural Arrancar powers he doesn't have with his own unique powers, it can still be a disadvantage, and he has yet to learn many basic techniques he should have known a long time ago, like cero or gran rey cero even.
Lack of OFfensive Powers: Lucifer only has a few offensive powers, and usually relies on his strength and scarce few spiritual attacks to overcome is enemies. While this is not always ineffective, this lack of versatility when it comes to offensive can put Lucifer at disadvantages in many situations where his powers are ineffective, forcing him to grind through tough battles. This weakness will slow him down until Lucifer gains more powers.
Uncompromising: Lucifer doesn't give up, and never compromises. There really is no reasoning with him if you're in his way, and he accepts nothing greater than an unconditional surrender from his enemies. Often not even that, he prefers the head of his rival on a pointy stick. This can lead him to dangerous battles, and although he fights smart, his life can easily be in peril if put against the wrong opponent.
Personality:
Pride
Lucifer hates being seen as less than someone. He is arrogant and selfish, loving no one more than he loves himself. He always wants his own power, his own glory, regardless of how evil he has to be to get what he wants. Lucifer never tolerates disgrace or ridicule, or at the very least is patient when avenging his pride.
Blood Rage
Lucifer appears calm despite his dark look, but he conceals a powerful malice towards others. Most of the time he just doesnât care about other people, but when someone slows him down or bothers him, Lucifer gets pissed. Lucifer generally holds a grudge against anyone who works against him. The innocent had better stay out of his way.
Lust
Women have a special power over Lucifer. Ordinarily he takes no notice of other entities unless theyâre important. He goes as far as to ignore the weaker Espada members even. Where these Espada fail, however, attractive women succeed. A well shaped female not only receives Luciferâs instant attention but his favor as well. His sexual desires are powerful and can weaken his judgement at times.
Stubborn
Lucifer never quits, if nothing else. When he cannot immediately satisfy a goal, he tends to be more patient and continues to work at it over time. He has a very strong will and tends to be uncompromising. The more failures Lucifer runs into during the completion of a task, the more he wants to finish it.
Passionate Goal
Lucifer is a philosopher of sorts, despite his haughtily aggressive nature. He believes that all life follows a pattern of balance and dual concepts, two things drawn to each other and separated by some form of supreme being or God. He hates this God and balance, believing it to be the source of all evil and suffering. Lucifer believes that for all to be good, positive and negative must become one again. This goal, and something of a grudge against God, drives Lucifer in most of what he does. The ideal world of harmony be envisions contrasts with his selfishness, but motivates him strongly nonetheless.
Indifference
Lucifer doesnât care about the Shinigami or Arrancar. Its just another soulless power struggle for him, and he merely chose he side that benefited him. He is apathetic to those who suffer and those who rule, viewing them as unavoidable objects in a conflicted world. He only really cares about things relevant to him, things that can effect him like who the hollow king is or if his fraccion is a pretty girl. However, not caring is not instinct for Lucifer, but a choice to ignore the suffering and cruelty of others for the sake of becoming stronger.
Ambition
When Lucifer became Espada, it wasnât because he was such a good little hollow. It was because he was strong, trained himself for that goal, and killed many other hollows and Arrancar to achieve it. He is always trying to move up the ladder, slowly sometimes but persistently. Lucifer has no intention of remaining at his current rank either. Lucifer believes he has nowhere else to go but up, and that is exactly what he plans.

After releasing his Zanpakuto, Lucifer's appearance takes a strange turn. His swings swell and become much larger, and they are slowly covered in a silver, flexible metallic substance. His hollow mask reappears on his face, worn once again by him. His eyes appear strange and inhuman, brightly shining red light through the eye holes in the mask. His skin slowly becomes a hide of cold pale scales, and he grows about a foot taller. His six wings begin to shine brightly and his hair lengthens, reaching his waist.
Techniques
Resureccion Only Powers:
Name: Alchemist Silencer State: Resureccion Description: One of Lucifer's few resureccion powers. This power targets three forms of powers. Any power that alters molecular or chemical structure (any form of alchemy), any power that uses magnetism, and any powers that use telekinesis are disabled when Lucifer activates this power. However, any powers he has that classify as the same forms of powers that he disables, are also disabled. Meaning, for one, he will no longer be able to make his summoned swords float or move without touching them. The enemy can still use the abilities that Lucifer targets with these power, but they are instantly negated if they come near him. Any power he targets with this ability is totally negated within a 50ft area around him, and any magnetic, alchemist, or telekinetic powers will not work on him even if used from more than 50 feet away. However, not being able to use the same forms of powers that are disabled is not the only disadvantage to this ability. Lucifer's regeneration speed slows down by half while using this power, making him more vulnerable to injuries.
Name: Divine Absolution State: Resureccion only Description: This is something of a defense based desperation power, used only in emergencies. It can only be used once in a fight, as using it multiple times would strain or damage the dimensional pocket Lucifer creates. When using this power, Lucifer uses a technique similar to garganta, but literally separates himself from the dimension and whatever is going on around him. He temporarily teleports to another dimension, completely evading any attacks that may have otherwise hit him. However, as previously mentioned, this ability can only be used once per fight.
Lucifer does not have any other Arrancar powers. He compensates for this weakness with his unique powers.
Arrancar Powers:
Name: Unique Hierro State: Both (Constant) Description: Lucifer's hierro has been enhanced and developed during his time as a hollow. While Lucifer's hierro is very strong in the same forms as the common steel skin of an Arrancar, that is not what gives it it's true strength. His skin is built in such a way that any force that hits it is redirected across all of his skin, greatly reducing the force of any impact and dividing it by the entire surface area of his body. This makes blunt force attacks almost useless. Direct impacts will barely even move him. Strong cutting force however, if sufficient enough to slice through hierro, is not effected by this.
Name: Force Garganta State: Both Description: Lucifer developed this Garganta technique to increase the effectiveness of his Garganta. Using it, he does not merely open a gate between worlds. He makes the gate all over himself, opening a portal and going through it. This technique is similar to teleportation. However, it can only be used once every three posts since it requires Lucifer to bend a gateway all over his body.
Lucifer does not have any other Arrancar powers. He compensates for this weakness with his unique powers.
Regular Abilities:
Name: God Suffocation State: Both Description: Ordinarily, this ability is totally useless. This power targets those who use 'God' powers, powers that bend reality with will. This power completely negates any such power when used against him or anything connected with him, physically, mentally, or emotionally. Therefore one cannot simply bend reality and weaken or kill Lucifer in a second. However, there is a serious drawback to this power. Lucifer can never gain 'God' powers himself, therefore unable to directly bend reality. Lucifer cannot remember where or how he got this power, he simply has it burned into his memory and it is constantly in effect.
Name: God Suffocating Abyss State: Can only use in Resureccion Description: This is a costly technique unlike God Suffocation. Lucifer can use it against any opponent with God powers that he may face. To use it he merely targets a single God character and activates this ability. This power not only prevents God powers from being used against Lucifer, but completely stops them from being used by the targeted character at all, not even on themselves. Any technique that gives a character infinite reiatsu or power is also disabled, leaving them on a much more mortal level. However although this may enable Lucifer to have a chance at defeating enemies with God powers, it takes half his stamina and prevents him from regenerating until he deactivates it, due to stress upon his consciousness.
Name: Destruction State: Both, stronger in released state Description: In this attack, Lucifer targets God's law of conservation of energy. Lucifer can fire invisible bursts of destructive force from his body that destroy anything they hit, similar to bala. He can fire them rapidly, and they cost very little energy to use. When they hit they disappear, seemingly taking their targets with them as they do. This power leaves holes in barriers and ruthlessly devours matter, spiritual or physical. It can even destroy reiatsu and reishi. However, the projectiles are about the size of a baseball, meaning they won't destroy more stuff than you could fit in a baseball. This means it will still take a bit of effort for Lucifer to get through barriers and thick shells. When in resureccion, however, Lucifer's destruction spheres are doubled in size. When not in resureccion Lucifer's destruction bursts are semi-transparent with a slight grey color, and in resureccion they glow fiery red.
Name: Advanced High Speed Regeneration State: Both, stronger in released state Description: This is Lucifer's greatest power. Regeneration for hollows is standard, but Lucifer developed and modified the power so much over the many years he has lived that it is no longer an Arrancar power, but has now become a unique power specialized for his purposes. Lucifer can grow back any of his body parts and recover from terrible wounds in seconds, and his body does not shut down due to shock or blood loss. Any problem, infection, or disease his body is having is quickly cured and healed. He can even grow back his heart and brain, without any memory loss, as long as he is still alive. This requires his brain to still be alive, and he needs about half of it to live. However such regeneration does not come cheaply. He can recover up to three organs or limbs, including the brain and heart, within a ten post period and have no problems. However, if he has to regenerate a fourth time in a ten post period, Lucifer's regeneration temporarily shuts down for 50 posts. Each limb or organ counts as one major wound, so regenerating from multiple wounds adds up quickly. Afterwards he begins regenerating again normally. Minor wounds, such as gashes and blood loss, are recovered without limits. Poisons and infections do effect Lucifer, but are completely cured after five posts. After this period he becomes immune to the toxin or pathogen.
Name: Dark Jump State: Both Description: Lucifer developed his own form of flash step, since he did not naturally develop many Arrancar powers. Rather than using spirit particles on his feet to move, Lucifer instead covers his whole body in energy and rockets towards his targeted location. This results in a much faster flash step enabling Lucifer to move great distances quickly. While moving, he appears as a mass of black flames, although he typically moves so fast all one sees is a black streak near where he has been. But, Lucifer is not a speed specialist. This move has a greater cool down period than a standard flash step would and can only be used once every three posts. During time between Dark Jumps, Lucifer is without any means of flash stepping. He compensates for this by making each flash step count, often using them to dodge lethal attacks or inflict fatal blows while the enemy is vulnerable.
Name: Summoned Swords State: Both Description: Since Lucifer's Zanpakuto cannot be used as a standard weapon, he has mastered the art of shaping his energy into swords. But these are no mere manifestations of energy, they unique weapons. Each sword appears like a european double edged broad sword, but made entirely of glowing white-gold energy. The swords have two unique properties as well. The first is that they cannot be controlled or manipulated by anyone else, in any way. They can be destroyed, but never manipulated. Lucifer's hold over them is so strong that he can actually move them with his mind, which is the second unique property. He can even swing or thrust them without ever touching them, but this is a much weaker method of attack. Lucifer can have up to five swords with him at once, and they normally float around him with their blades pointing down. An enemy with stronger reiatsu than his own can smash his swords with spiritual attacks or very strong physical attacks. Lucifer can only repair a broken sword or create a new sword once every five posts, and he can only control five swords at a time.
Name: Soul Sense State: Both Description: Lucifer never got Pesquisa either, so he had to develop this power in addition to his others. Lucifer can detect spiritual energy and power with something of a sixth sense, able to detect anything nearby (within a few miles). He can get a fairly good idea of someone's power this way, although he cannot sense suppressed reiatsu or hidden power. But Lucifer's sensory power has another purpose, perhaps more important than detecting spiritual forces. Lucifer can actually detect the emotions that people around him feel, within the same detection range as the other effect of this power. He cannot read their minds, as he forgot that power a couple of hundred years ago, but can very accurately sense the feelings, desires, and other emotions of others. He uses this in persuasion, often to tell others what they want to hear. It is also useful at times in combat, to manipulate the anger of an enemy and use it to his advantage.
Name: Spirit Murderer State: Both Description: This power is often not used, unless Lucifer actually kills someone. Shortly after Lucifer has slain an enemy, or someone near him has died, he can seize their soul and access their mind briefly. During this time, Lucifer can target a particular bit of information in their mind or a power they had. He absorbs whatever he targeted, but not perfectly, Any memories he accesses are partially damaged by the invasion of their mind, and his information will likely be incomplete. If he absorbs a power, he can only take one, and even then it is only half as strong as it was and will require training. This is because Lucifer does not directly take in the power or knowledge he stole, reading it like a book instead in a few minutes of one time access. During this time he 'learns' how the power was used exactly and he adapts himself to be able to use a very similar power. If it was knowledge, then he simply read it like an old book, except with a few details missing. Lucifer must kill the person to use this ability, as it destroys the soul targeted and scatters it to dust due to extreme stress.
Name: Psychic Vampirism State: Both Description: Lucifer has lived a long time. And he doesn't stay full of youth by living healthy. He is ageless, and he never lost the hunger of the hollow, part of why his hollow hole is an abyss instead of just a hole. He devours life to stay young and handsome, and to extend is huge lifespan. While Lucifer seeks better ways to defy age, he still relies on this method. To do this he must drink the blood of his enemy. Doing so, as long as he consumes a lot, enables him to regenerate more often and recover his spiritual energy. However, he gets little energy from devouring those weaker than him (So eating NPCs won't do him any good), and only feeds on girls. He must also consume at least a pint of blood from someone near his level of power or stronger to refresh or restore his regeneration. Also, if he kills a target by drinking their blood, he cannot use Spirit Murderer on them since he has devoured their soul.
History and RP Sample
History:
Lucifer was unique in that he was not originally of our world. He came from a very different place, where he lived with other happy souls, together with their brilliant creator. They were all pure spirits free from limitations like our own. Lucifer was his creator's favorite, and was blessed with great power. He had been born with free will and intelligence, unlike the others. Despite the lack of truly sentient life there, Lucifer's home was a very pleasant place free of strife and suffering. But his creator had also made other worlds, and Lucifer had never actually seen him, as they had merely communicated through telepathy.
Lucifer, however, was not human. Some would have called him an Archangel, a holy spirit. He was gifted with abilities greater than what he now has. He was loyal to his God, a strange and enigmatic entity. The deity had created many human like species and many worlds, and tortured them all with the same cruelty. He left his creations without purpose, limited to worldly abilities, and unable to realize their dreams. He doomed them to suffering and pointless existence. Lucifer could not understand why, but he naively assumed it was beyond his ability to understand, and served his creator faithfully.
But one day, the deity's creations took a turn for the worse. As the humanoids he created gradually became more complicated, so did the depths of injustice they were dealt. Soon he started creating true life, with undying souls and even greater free will, disturbingly similar to Lucifer. But just as these new people were made their minds were sealed, and they were left as mentally weak vermin upon a new earth-like world. Lucifer looked upon them with sympathy, his heart torn as he realized that they were so very similar to himself. And his pure heart screamed injustice at him. He knew then that this was wrong.
But Lucifer loved the creator, and did not wish to go against him so abruptly. Lucifer instead created another new life; a glorious tree, born with good intentions. It was a tall, immortal creature, imbued with the power to grant free will and wisdom. Lucifer came to earth in a solid form, and brought the humans to his creation, the Tree of Knowledge. They ate the fruits of the tree, and became aware, realizing they were naked. Lucifer taught them more, about the universe and the laws of their world, but did not teach them for long. The deity was indignant with Lucifer's actions, and destroyed the tree of knowledge.
The creator attempted to seal humanity's knowledge and free will again, but could not undo Lucifer's actions. For the first time in history, the deity had been overpowered. Enraged he cursed Lucifer, binding his powers and sealing them within him just as the creator sealed away the minds of the humans Lucifer had bravely freed. He was then cursed to live in human form, and was near powerless, even with all his knowledge. His years were long and painful, and he was frequently cursed by the deity. Each time he died, he was reborn. At first the people recognized him as the one who had brought them wisdom and came to his place of suffering to thank him, but the creator frightened the people away with lightning storms and fire.
Lucifer lost all faith in the deity, and now believed it to be a terrible evil creature of unprovoked wrath and twisted intentions. It had deceived him. He wondered how many of the orders he followed faithfully in the past had been evil. He felt guilty and ashamed, unworthy to live yet cursed to do so. He wept not for his pain, but for not rebelling earlier. And it was for this reason that his God had been cruel to him. Lucifer began to hate the idea of God during this time, a strong feeling that he has carried throughout his entire life.
But one day, the deity grew weaker. Other gods had been struggling with it, and Lucifer learned that this deity was no true god. Other universes clashed with his own and Lucifer could feel that the limits had grown weaker. His hatred for the deity burned strongly, and his will began to take shape; the limits on his power were slowly undone by this force. Lucifer freed himself, and reversed most of his curse, seizing his angelic power once more. He had become even stronger now thanks to his passion. Lucifer, now free, was able to destroy the weakened creator. He slew the tyrant and freed the souls of the others who lived in his universe, fighting to save each life as his world crumbled without a ruler.
Lucifer's soul was the last to leave, and his power had been greatly reduced. Most of it was only useful in the universe he originally lived in, which was now destroyed. But he had done a good deed for once. And he was free if nothing else. The other souls had been taken in by other universes, which Lucifer hoped were godless. But without his power, Lucifer was now unable to enter other worlds, and he drifted aimlessly. Slowly he began to feel desire and regret, and a chain of fate had formed in his chest. He watched it decay as his darker feelings grew stronger, and his knowledge fragmented, until he had only memories of his past.
Lucifer's near human soul soon became the victim of hollowfication. It was a horrible, painful experience. Like a thousand nightmares flashing through his mind in seconds. What he had not forgotten, he ignored, and his transformation endowed upon him a certain measure of power. With it, he traveled to a new world, the universe of the Spirit King. He entered it suddenly, finding it to be similar to his previous home. Lucifer entered earth during the mid 1200s, around western europe. Although he did not think clearly anymore at all, he did know one thing for certain. He needed souls. He ravaged entire towns at once, devouring a countless many people. The attacks were said to be the work of the Devil.
Lucifer had lost nearly all of his former self in becoming a hollow. But he was powerful. Strong among his kind, he had been born better off, but with a much worse hunger. After being second best all his life, his subconscious need to be the greatest would be denied by himself no longer. His voracious hunger and strength helped him devour many strong human souls, and even other hollows who crossed his path. During this time the shinigami presence was much weaker, especially in europe. He lacked any strong opposition. And for this reason, Lucifer feasted daily.

Whenever he attacked a settlement, he heard names, a concept he vaguely remembered. They had named him Lucifer, with his title as Satan. He had forgotten his old name, and liked something about this new name. He accepted it, as well as the souls of many villagers and innocents. But these attacks merely strengthened religion, and tales of his massacres spread throughout Christendom. Local communities strengthened their churches and gathered there much more often, in greater numbers.
Although they had done this to protect themselves, it really did nothing to stop Lucifer. In fact their gatherings had helped them by putting them all in one place. Out of all his voracious feasts, there were only a few survivors, scarred for life. Most hollows searched only for the spiritually strong, but in Lucifer's massive butchering, he always got a few strong ones without ever having to search for them. He was fortunate, and ate well, thriving in his new form.
Decades later, however, Lucifer changed. He did not eat for need. He ate for want. Something had become very pleasing about killing people and eating souls now. His mind had changed, and he was now a very different person. He wanted to eat now. Powerful dark desires ruled his mind. Lucifer gradually evolved, eventually becoming the most powerful non-menos hollow on the continent. He had gradually moved from western to eastern europe, devouring any settlement or city he came across.
Lucifer was happy, for a time. It may have been just while he was eating. But for once, something had been truly satisfying. Nothing seemed wrong with it. In fact, it seemed perfectly normal to his feral mind to forsake all others purely for his own self benefit. If he only he could have remembered who he once was; it could have changed everything. But Lucifer was corrupted now. A vile, nefarious soul, preying upon any that he could kill. But it wasn't long before no meal satisfied him, human or lesser hollow. He was easily the most powerful non-menos hollow in europe.
Out of dire need Lucifer instinctively used Garganta, entering hueco mundo. Here was a very different realm, filled with strong souls to eat. But it was also far more dangerous and full of strong predators. Lucifer managed to avoid the menos, but was not without a few close calls. There were many times he had narrowly avoided detection by Adjuchas, or had barely escaped a Gillian. Lucifer bore a grudge against the stronger hollows, and ravenously feasted on any he could kill, just as he did on earth. After decades of hunting, however, he had become much stronger.
Lucifer's life became easier. He learned very quickly the importance of power, and the pleasure it gave. He richly enjoyed hunting and killing hollows and had become quite the predator. It had taken nearly twenty years of hunting, but Lucifer had evolved quite a bit. Still, he had an odd feeling. A need for more, the expectation for a change. It was sudden when he found out what it was. In a large battle he devoured many other hollows, absorbing a large quantity of souls quickly. He suddenly swelled and began to change, evolving into a gillian class menos.
The change brought with it new power, and new intelligent. Things were strangely clear now, but the hunger still drove him mad. It wasn't but a few seconds before he had quickly begun eating Gillian. Their confused hordes often did nothing, watching as their own kind were devoured. Lucifer found no friends among his kind. It was a somewhat hash existence, but there was no feeling of loneliness. Not yet; he was still too bound by needs to have such feelings.
But soon Lucifer became a powerful predator once more. He couldn't flee from the Adjuchas as well, but instead worked together with them - they thought that Gillian would just obey their commands, although most were too stupid or imperfect. Lucifer did however, and gained favor from some of the stronger Adjuchas. The particular pack of them in his area seemed to be unable to communicate with the other gillian, and they wanted them to fight their rival adjuchas. Lucifer was able to control them with a telepathic power he had developed, and thus became a valuable resource to the stronger menos.
His group more or less fought off the rival Adjuchas easily, using the gillian as a small army. Lucifer was to thank for this, but allowed his leaders to take the credit; it would soon be their last pleasure. Lucifer devoured many gillian, and some of the Adjuchas that his leaders wounded. He ate in secret, voraciously devouring as many hollows as he could, but being careful not to attract dangerous attention. Each battle, he made sure the enemy was able to wound one of the Adjuchas before he gave the orders to quickly kill the enemy. Eventually the injuries accumulated, and although strong, the leaders now had weaknesses.
One day, while the rivals were weak, the leaders of Lucifer's pack attempted to give Lucifer an order. He defied it, and ordered all the gillian to fire on their former masters. They were horribly injured, now unable to fight after taking many wounds. And Lucifer, now an extremely powerful gillian, easily defeated the weakened pack of Adjuchas. He devoured each one for himself, ravenously feasting. He had never eaten so well; he gained so much power so quickly that he changed again, evolving into an Adjuchas himself.
It had been a fascinating experience for Lucifer. Now, although he had always been intelligent, he felt so free in his thoughts. He was still so hungry, but now he had a strong mind as well as the blood lust. And now he had the gillian horde all to himself. Lucifer eagerly led it against his weakened rivals, absorbing the stronger gillian into his horde and feasting on the others, sharing with his troops. Needless to say he took every Adjuchas he could get for himself. Lucifer was perhaps the most strategic of the Adjuchas, making wise moves in battle and leading his minions to glory. He grew to be very strong, amassing something of a huge tribe. Some of the Adjuchas tried to join him, but Lucifer took only the weaker ones or those with damaged masks.
Lucifer fattened up the weaker Adjuchas he had brought along, pretending to use them as body guards or advisors. When the others were gone however, he ate his plump allies, devouring them mercilessly. His hunger grew much greater as he tasted far richer blood, and the souls had made him strong. There was now nothing innocent about Lucifer, and he was now sickly heroic. Inspiring to his soldiers yet, also terrifying to any intelligent enough to realize just how black his soul was. He had always had the potential for this wickedness. And now with this opportunity, he had truly become The Devil.
His effective command over the Gillian served well, but over the next century he had become so powerful that he almost never needed them. He ate more and more, and his horde was perhaps the most well fed, but not from his generosity. It wasn't long before he had dominated the menos forest, but he no longer took Adjuchas into his ranks or intelligent Gillian. He ate them all, never allowing a threat to exist within his own ranks. And though he was capable of feeling loneliness, the wickedness that had finally awoken within him was far too happy to experience such an emotion. Darkness reigned in the deeper parts of Hueco Mundo, and Lucifer was the lord of that darkness.
Still, much of Hueco Mundo remained unconquered. It was a vast place, and there were many more hollows. But Lucifer had attracted attention, and the established powers quickly turned their gaze to him. A small coalition of Adjuchas with their own gillian attacked him, and caught him off guard. However, although he had taken some losses in his soldiers in the beginning, he quickly discovered a new application of his power. He was now strong enough to control the enemy's gillian. Turning their own soldiers against them, Lucifer not only defeated but devoured the enemy's leaders. He feasted upon the strong and intelligent, commanding the weak as an enormous amalgamation of lesser menos capable of overwhelming just about any foe he could face.
Lucifer's powerful reign turned into a tribal empire over the next two centuries. He had become even stronger, far more powerful than before. Now he did have most of the menos forest under control. It was under his law, an undeveloped form of society, but order no less. Weaker hollows served as food for his Gillian, while anyone showing strength, individuality, or intelligence was brought to Lucifer to be devoured. His mindless soldiers were pleased with this new lifestyle, and had even developed an emotional dependence upon Lucifer. A bland but loyal horde for the Overlord of the forest.
Still, although Lucifer always feasted, he wanted more. He began to devour hundreds of his own Gillian daily, deceiving the others into accepting them as traitors. With no strong enemies, Lucifer had no need of the Gillian any longer. And wasting them on an attack on the shinigami was foolish and selfless. Although the individual wasn't much of a meal, devouring many of them proved to be rewarding. Slowly, over the many years, his horde had shrunken... and he had grown. It took nearly another century, but eventually Lucifer devoured his entire horde, and was now the most powerful Adjuchas in hueco mundo.
But he would not be for long. After so much feasting and growth, he had rapidly approached another massive jump in evolutionary growth. Upon devouring more Adjuchas, Lucifer morphed into an even stronger form, finally becoming a Vasto Lorde. He thrived now, with a completely free mind. Others of his kind invited him to join them, welcoming the powerful new Vasto Lorde into their ranks. Lucifer joined, but discovered he was unlike his new brethren. There were but a few dozen of them, yet all were very powerful. But he was different. Not in strength, he was certainly quite powerful, more so than many of them. But he still had the hunger. The desperate, relentless hunger and desire for power. He saw them only as meals for his growing appetite.
But they were too powerful to take on all at once. Lucifer tried to divide them against one another, but found he couldn't. So he began to take out small groups of them, leading them away and occasionally blaming their deaths on the shinigami. He attracted some suspicion, but managed to take out the strongest ones and reduce their numbers. After deceiving and killing their leader, Lucifer was able to overcome the rest of them. Eating the other Vasto Lorde's empowered him, and he soon realized he now had the power to absorb some of their knowledge and power after devouring them in a way unlike what he had before. But Lucifer had lost something in this process. Though he could still sense emotions, he had lost his telepathic abilities.
It was a tough battle, but Lucifer overcame the other Vasto Lorde. They were the weak ones Lucifer had not targeted, as he had picked off the strong ones one by one. But together they had still been a great force. Their souls nourished him, and he grew much stronger. Lucifer found his sudden loneliness to be a burden however. He thought that eating all the Vasto Lorde should have been enough to make him evolve again, but then realized he had reached the limit of his evolutionary stages. This depressed Lucifer. But he did not give up, and instead sought other Vasto Lorde.
One of the advantages to his new form seemed to be not having to worry about devolution if he didn't feed enough. Now that he didn't have to worry about losing his power, he could focus on hunting higher quality prey. He occasionally fought lesser hollows, but focused mainly on hunting other rare Vasto Lorde. Since they were so scarce he ended up eating mostly weaker menos in his travels but he never gave up the hunt. He often killed two per year, and although he gained stronger, he still could not find satisfaction. The dreadful lack of the euphoria he had once felt was torture to him, and his wicked soul craved more power.
RP Sample:
Hueco Mundo had never been so dismal, so depressing or gloomy, or ominous as it had been today. A brief conflict with shinigami in the human world had exploded into an all out bloodbath, and many strong Arrancar had perished at the blades of the Death Gods. Few Espada had been killed, but soldiers had fallen horribly low in number. And so, Lucifer was needed now more than ever. Arrancar were needed for repairs to Las Noches, Arrancar were needed for new officers, Arrancar were needed for patrols. Lucifer had many jobs he could take, all fairly good positions, since so many had just opened. But Lucifer, disregarding the weakened state of his own people, had a completely different goal in mind. Today, he was going to become the third Espada.... and he would paint this boring white palace red with the blood of his rival. His lips twisted into a wicked smile, as he left his room to confront the Tercera Espada.
It was a short walk, and soon enough he had found his enemy; Esrel. He was smaller and less intimidating than Lucifer himself, but something about the cold and stoic way Esrel carried himself was frightening. Everything the Espada did was calculated and defensive. Much like Lucifer, he too focused on protecting himself. But Esrel, the third Espada, had been injured. He was vulnerable now if challenged, his right arm had a severe and crippling wound. Unfortunately for the Espada he was not left handed. Lucifer looked around the room, taking note of the barren emptiness of it as his enemy sat calmly in the center. Lucifer walked closer, watching Esrel's arm bleed through many layers of bandages. "Why are you here, Arrancar?" He calmly asked. The Espada seemed to be meditating.
Lucifer was disgusted. His intentions were obvious, how could this fool not know why he was here? He was here to wipe this fool off the face of Hueco Mundo and take his rightful place among the superior Espada rannkings. His face showed his distaste, in the shape of an unpleasant scowl. This Espada had breathed his last... Lucifer charged a destruction burst in his hand as he glared down at his opponent. "To kill you and take that rank for myself." Lucifer harshly spoke, showing no mercy to a wounded opponent. Esrel sighed, before slowly standing, holding his sheathed Zanpakuto in his left hand. His green hair covered his eyes, but even through the cascade of straight, silky emerald hair, Lucifer could see a powerful stare of wisdom and apathy.
"So, that is all you care about. Then prove yourself worthy." Esrel replied, biting the sheathe of his weapon and removing it with a crude twist of his neck. The cover made a dull plank against the ground. Something about this gesture frightened Lucifer, as his body felt tense suddenly. Esrel knew he was more likely to lose this battle. And yet he had just stood and drawn his weapon, completely ignoring his own crippled arm. Such determination was dangerous. Lucifer was rarely so scared. But this fear quickly ignited, burning as anger. He aimed the destruction blast towards Esrel's head, but missed and before he knew it the slender Espada was already close to his side.
Pain shot through his body as the Espada's weapon tore through his side, but he had lost no major organs and would regenerate soon enough. Lucifer took advantage of the strike to throw a strong punch at Esrel, bashing him right in the face. He was knocked back onto the ground, but stood back up in no time. He was surprised to see Lucifer react as he did. Lucifer smirked, sensing overconfidence in his enemy. He was no longer frightened; this man was simply another idiot. Esrel began to charge a cero however, keeping the charged hand behind his back. It seemed he assumed Lucifer wouldn't get to him before he could fire the charged blast. How convenient.
The power hungry challenger was behind his prey in less than a fraction of a second, leaving only a black streak in his path around the Espada. Lucifer shot a destruction burst at the hand charging the cero, which was also tightly clutching a zanpakuto. He smiled. His foe had not only proven to be overconfident, but fearful now as well. The burst tore off Esrel's hand before his head could turn to find his suddenly fast foe behind him, and his weapon clanked against the ground with his dismembered limb. Shortly afterwards, his expression was warped with terrible anguish, and a scream burst from his white lips.
"Pathetic." Lucifer growled. Summoning a single sword, he drove it through the head of the now defenseless Espada. The scream was silenced, and what was once a stoic mentor to Lucifer was now a conquered stepping stone. As he withdrew his blade the lifeless corpse hit the ground with a dull, soft thud. Lucifer cut the Espada tattoo off of his quarry, as proof of his deeds. He smiled happily, pleased with the gain. But as he stood he felt a sudden feeling of regret. Esrel had always been oddly respectable and civil. Lucifer questioned himself as he held his prize; should he have slain one of the other, more haughty Espada? He abruptly dismissed the thought and left. Whatever questions of morality he had for himself, they would have to wait until after his promotion...

God powers are any powers that bend, alter, or change reality. Think Orihime powers. Also, powers that grant a character infinite reiatsu/reishi/spiritual energy are also disabled by God Suffocating Abyss.

What exactly is your Resureccion ability? It seems like what you have are just two random techniques. Now one to the techniques:
~ Alchemist Silencer: This is just not going get approved. This technique is a huge metagame. It's directed towards to stop certain characters abilities and that in it's self is the metagame. Theres no way your character could know a character he has never meet powers with out OOC knowledge. With that being said there is no way your character could have one special power to stop another characters power.
~ Divine Absolution: This need s drawback. You basically want a get out of jail free card so it needs to cost. Not to mention you already have a technique like this in Force Garganta, so this is actually not needed.
~ Unique Hierro: just to be clear swords or any other blade like weapon can still cut you.
~ God Suffocation: What is the point of this?
~ God Suffocating Abyss: How are you negating the powers?
~ Destruction: They can't be invisible you have to give you opponent a chance to react.
~ Advanced High Speed Regeneration: The healing has to have post durations and cooldowns. Also your heart and brain are the only things that can't regenerate. Ulquiorra couldn't even regenerate his heart and brain.
~ Dark Jump: 4 post cooldown and no black flames when he does this.
Overall: Like I said above what is your power? What you have above are just a bunch of random techniques thrown together.

This has nothing to do with metagame. The theme of Lucifer's Resureccion is Negation. Perhaps I should have put that there as so not to confuse you. It would be metagame if Lucifer had intentionally designed it to kill some specific character out there, however nowhere in my app does it say that Lucifer made it for that purpose. And, Nishi, you would be right if it specifically focused on negating a single technique. But this ability focuses on nullifying techniques that operate a certain way. Magnetism, telekinesis, and alchemy, which are all quite similar powers. These are all generic abilities, and have no unique individual attachment to them. This power is in no way specialized, and so you are wrong. Please correct your judgement.
Also, I am certain that you in no way missed the fact that this was not specialized. You merely do not want him to have this power because your character just so happens to have powers that fall under the categories that are negated. Of course, this is just a hypothetical theory, but if it is true then you are in fact the one metagaming because you are using OOC knowledge to attempt to prevent a character from having an advantage over your character. I'm fairly certain that is against the rules.

It does have a drawback, it is usable only once. The enormous cost of energy to open a gateway and teleport back to the exact same lace whenever he is safe goes without saying, and I will add a specific cost if you wish. But this is different from force garganta; it enables him to return to the exact same spot, while Garganta could be much less precise, and thus while the techniques share vague similarities they are in fact different.

To put Lucifer on fair grounds with characters having unfair powers, such as reality bending. Think orihime powers, as I previously said. If you are still incapable of grasping it's purpose I can explain it to you in simpler words, if you like.

Through the same method by which a God power functions. God powers are illogical and they exist in the bleach universe, so this anti-god power has just as much right to exist as a God power does. Therefore, whatever indescribable method through which these god powers are used, are the same as or similar to the methods of God Suffocating Abyss. Question answered?

I agree to the cooldowns and post durations, but Ulquiorra was not Vasto Lorde. Only the first three Espada were Vasto Lorde. And you do not know the limits of his regeneration because he was never able to demonstrate them, he ran out of energy during his fight with Hollow Ichigo. Therefore you are wrong in your assumption that Ulquiorra could not regenerate his heart or brain, and even if you are right, he is a weaker form of Arrancar compared to the Vasto Lorde who have more advanced powers. Therefore clearly as a more evolved form of Arrancar Lucifer should be able to regenerate his heart and brain. However, I will be willing to compromise with you having to have 75% of his brain intact and heart at least functional in order to regenerate.

I will accept the four post cool down if another staff member agrees, which none others have. However I will not remove the black flames because they are a disadvantage. They allow you to know where he has gone and serve little to no purpose besides making him look cool. Since they do not harm him they would not hurt others, therefore removing them has no purpose. The black flames would make sense actually, seeing as how this technique has a higher energy cost than standard flash step.
Overall: Like I said above what is your power? What you have above are just a bunch of random techniques thrown together.
This is an unimportant opinion. Never does it say in the rules or anywhere else that I MUST base my powers on something. Bleach does not even dictate that. I will use an Ulquiorra as an example, since you appear to be at least vaguely familiar with his character. Ulquiorra displayed three random powers in no way related to one another; bone sword growing, lightning spears, and regeneration are the three ones we knew of before he died. They are in no way related. Basing your abilities on a single power is a personal, artistic choice, not a defined law. Therefore in no way am I obligated to change it to your idea of what is artistic or not. Also, Lucifer's powers tie into history. Destruction, defiance of loss, negation, all stemming from his god hating persona.
When you reply adequately I will make the changes I agreed to.

If I knew what your ability was before hand then I would have graded it differently, but because I didn't I had to go off what you had and what you had seemed metagamish.
Truthfully I still think it's metagamish. You say your power is negation which is cool, and a great power, but you only negate 3 specific powers. If your power is negation why not negate all forms of power instead of just 3? That makes a whole lot more senses then you just negating 3 powers. By you only negating those 3 specific because you did only name 3 powers. My mind registers you as trying to stop or defeat certain character because you have a move designed to stop their powers. Had the move negated all powers I would have been fine with it and approved it no problem. but because you named 3 specific powers I read OOC knowledge and metagame.
To you comment about me metagaming...oh darn you caught me i'm totally trying to metagame because i'm an admin who wants to break the rules i'm suppose to uphold -_-. You really can't be serious about that, if you go read any other app I have graded I've stayed biases on every one and have only tried to help. Yours is no different, I personally don't care if you make 100 moves to stop Nishi, if they are fair I will approve them and if not i'll suggest what to change to make it fair.
You say you're not trying to metagame, yet I've heard from you personally and a few others how much you want to kill my character. Thats all fine and dandy if you want to try go right ahead i'm not going stop you or try to hold you back, but with that said you have a power that stops my characters power specifically. Let me say that again with a bit of explanation behind it. You have a power that stops my characters power, the same character you have stated you wanted to kill . Again I don't care about the power, but when you first made you app that power wasn't on there which means it was recently added. Do you see where i'm going with this, don't worry if you don't i'll explain it more. You stated you wanted to kill my character and then you create a move that stops my character specifically. Hmmm...yup thats sounds like metagaming to me. Unless you have a different definition of metagame then me. In which case I would like to read your definition.
~ Divine Absolution: So the difference is Force Garganta isn't precise even though the creator of a Garganta picks the location in which it will open making it precise. I believe you had it wrong they have the same similarities and vague differences.

So i'm not wrong in my assumption because its not an assumption but fact from the source material. I have the wiki site in front of me to be sure and I can give you the manga chapter as well as episode if you'd like.
To the comment about Ulquiorra being a Vasto Lorde, we were never told or shown wither he was one or not. But if you know something I don't do tell, i'm always up for learning something new.

Ulquiorra's power or ability was the regeneration which again he stated. The three things you mentioned above are techniques in an RP environment.
You are so wrong about Bleach not dictating themes in power. Everyone fighter in bleach has a power with a theme to it, but you may have missed it or just didn't realize so i'll give you a few.
Byakuya Kuchiki: In shikai his Zanpakuto scatters into 1000 tiny rose petal shaped blades. In Bankai it scatters into 1 million tiny rose petals. Yup thats a theme.
Renji Abarai: In shikai his Zanpakuto stretches and attacks. His Bankai is just a bigger version of his shikai except its made of bamboo instead of steal. Thats a theme too.
Sajin Komamura: Shiaki he summons forth the appendages of a giant. In Bankai he summons the whole giant. Would you look at that another theme.
I can't forget Mr. God-Mod himself Ichigo Kurosaki: Shikai blue Getsuga TenshÅ. In Bankai enhanced black Getsuga TenshÅ. The bankai add on he gains are just boost to his speed and durability. Theme, so thats what 4 out of 4 so far.

I do that so I can visualize how I would fight with your powers and how I would fight you with other peoples powers. It helps me to make sure your powers are fair and on equal playing field with others.
The entire issue stems from you not stating what your power was. Had you stated it was negation earlier or put that is was negation on your app this would have been easier on the both of us. But it doesn't really matter since you were approved, even though you shouldn't be.

Again I don't care about the power, but when you first made you app that power wasn't on there which means it was recently added. Hmmm...yup thats sounds like metagaming to me. Unless you have a different definition of metagame then me. In which case I would like to read your definition.

Yet they are allowed safe existence within the bleach universe. Therefore this power does not need some complicated science to justify itself, and still has just as much right to exist.
~ Advanced High Speed Regeneration: Ulquiorra stated himself that he couldn't regenerate his brain and vital organs and regeneration was his greatest ability which he also stated. So i'm not wrong in my assumption because its not an assumption but fact from the source material. I have the wiki site in front of me to be sure and I can give you the manga chapter as well as episode if you'd like.
To the comment about Ulquiorra being a Vasto Lorde, we were never told or shown wither he was one or not. But if you know something I don't do tell, i'm always up for learning something new.

A monkey with primitive understanding of english can get on there and inflict irreparable damage to any article it wishes. Nnoitra also said his hierro could not be cut, but Kenpachi cut him. You are so wrong about Bleach not dictating themes in power. Everyone fighter in bleach has a power with a theme to it, but you may have missed it or just didn't realize so i'll give you a few.
Byakuya Kuchiki: In shikai his Zanpakuto scatters into 1000 tiny rose petal shaped blades. In Bankai it scatters into 1 million tiny rose petals. Yup thats a theme.
Renji Abarai: In shikai his Zanpakuto stretches and attacks. His Bankai is just a bigger version of his shikai except its made of bamboo instead of steal. Thats a theme too.
Sajin Komamura: Shiaki he summons forth the appendages of a giant. In Bankai he summons the whole giant. Would you look at that another theme.
I can't forget Mr. God-Mod himself Ichigo Kurosaki: Shikai blue Getsuga TenshÅ. In Bankai enhanced black Getsuga TenshÅ. The bankai add on he gains are just boost to his speed and durability. Theme, so thats what 4 out of 4 so far.

You ignored the fact that Ulquiorra had powers completely unrelated to regeneration. And what about Syzael? His powers were somewhat random, too. Just freaky stuff that made him look weird, and a randomly convenient rebirth ability that was used against hiim. You may have proven that Tite Kubo liked to have characters follow a theme sometimes, but you have not proven that this is a law in the bleach universe and you have also failed to prove that even if it was that it was constant. I have proven that it is not constant, even if by some freakishly odd chance that it does exist, as there are too many exceptions.

You're missing my point. You can have the power I never said you couldn't I justed wanted to know how you go about doing the negation. Does it automatically happen when he releases or does he have to activated a certain way. Example Orihime since shes your one and only example of having these powers activates her powers by calling the name of her fairies and then the fairies do whatever it is they do. What I want is the method in which Luicfer negates the power thats all.

OMFG...This entire site is based off that cartoon and it's laws. Hence why it's the source material, so even though this is an RP it still has to abide by the rules the creator Tite Kubo set up. The creator who i'm sure knows what he wants out of his manga put the words in that cartoons mouth, so i'm sure he wouldn't put anything in that wasn't true. But like I said I also know the manga chapter and episode in which Ulquiorra said what he said because I know wiki isn't very reliable. If you like I can give them to you so you can see the source yourself.
To your comment about Kenpachi cutting Nnoitra. Nnoitra's hierro couldn't be cut by Kenpachi's regular blade, it wasn't until he sharpened that blade with his reiatsu that he was able to cut him. Like I said before I don't care if you or any other character wants to take on Nishi and I never said it was illegal to do so. I welcome the challenge and hope that after this is settle we can be friends and our character be rivals. I did look at it before but I hadn't looked at it since you completed it which is how I know that move wasn't on there at first. I had PMs from a few members telling me you were trying to metagame/cheat/godmod which ever you prefer and create something to stop my character specifically. How is a power that negates EVERY SINGLE power there is ridiculous? I could nullify anything, any character's power, any time I wanted. All I'd have to do is just focus more on that particular one. No limits you placed on such a power could make it fair. Are you trying to bribe me or something? And why are you accusing me of trying to modify my appearance? That is completely irrelevant, we're not even talking about metagame anymore. So why are you still thinking about it?

Whats with that 'OMFG' you put there? We aren't texting. Also I never said this site is not based off that cartoon. What you have clearly missed is that these characters often lie, especially the Arrancar. Nnoitra's example still holds, he never said 'If you sharpen your sword with reiatsu you can cut me! Opps!'. What he said was 'No matter what you do you cannot cut me'. That means that even if he smothered his sword in reiatsu to cut it, or used a chainsaw, or molecular acid, that he could never cut it. But kenpachi did, and then he did it again and again. So everything a character says is not true, therefore Ulquiorra saying that he can't do it isn't true. What you have made is a baseless assumption, also known as a hypothesis or weak theory. It could have been a lie to make Ichigo think he was weaker than he actually was to take him off guard, or for some other odd reason. He may not even know himself what his limits are.
And who are you to assume what the creator intended? I'm pretty sure you didn't just call him up and say "Oh hey, was everything your character said the exact truth?'. You are making one assumption and insisting that is is right where there are many possibilities, and yours is less likely than some others, such as Ulquiorra lying or not knowing. Him saying he is the only one that can regenerate does not constitute fact. If the creator wanted everything the character said to be true, he wouldn't contradict it by having Nnoitra cut up like a piece of paper.

Were they simple techniques, why were they used ONLY while he was in resureccion? He fought Ichigo before, multiple time I believe, but I never saw any of those techniques before he went into resureccion. And still, you just admitted that they were techniques. And you are telling me that a characters powers and techniques are based on a central theme; and while you baselessly claim it's regeneration for Ulquiorra, he is still running around throwing around boners and lightning spears while you sit here and try to tell me I am somehow wrong in some way that you have failed to prove for two days straight no less.

That would contradict characters following a central theme; you just proved yourself wrong. You never mentioned exceptions, you said that ALL characters in bleach follow a single theme which defines their abilities. You just changed your argument. What ability are you even talking about? Where is this imaginary godmod power you seem to be so terrified of, that you must mention so often? I already proved to you that I wasn't metagaming. No limits placed on such a power could be fair. If you believe that is true then you must think very small. I know a character on a different site who has a similar power and has a pretty good limit or drawback to it. If you negate all powers you will not have any powers because your power is to negate. Would you look at that its a fair limit for the power you believed could not have one. So to answer your question about the bribe eh...no.
I never mentioned anything about you trying to change your appearance. Looks like your starting to lose it there buddy, or that was just another attempt of you trying get around the subject of your blatantly metagame. I'm thinking about it because it's clear thats what you're trying to do. But if you really believe that your not, then good on ya mate.

Whats with that 'OMFG' you put there? We aren't texting. Also I never said this site is not based off that cartoon. What you have clearly missed is that these characters often lie, especially the Arrancar. Nnoitra's example still holds, he never said 'If you sharpen your sword with reiatsu you can cut me! Opps!'. What he said was 'No matter what you do you cannot cut me'. That means that even if he smothered his sword in reiatsu to cut it, or used a chainsaw, or molecular acid, that he could never cut it. But kenpachi did, and then he did it again and again. So everything a character says is not true, therefore Ulquiorra saying that he can't do it isn't true. What you have made is a baseless assumption, also known as a hypothesis or weak theory. It could have been a lie to make Ichigo think he was weaker than he actually was to take him off guard, or for some other odd reason. He may not even know himself what his limits are.
And who are you to assume what the creator intended? I'm pretty sure you didn't just call him up and say "Oh hey, was everything your character said the exact truth?'. You are making one assumption and insisting that is is right where there are many possibilities, and yours is less likely than some others, such as Ulquiorra lying or not knowing. Him saying he is the only one that can regenerate does not constitute fact. If the creator wanted everything the character said to be true, he wouldn't contradict it by having Nnoitra cut up like a piece of paper.

You say Ulquiorra is ling. If he were ling wouldn't it make more sense for him to tell Ichigo that he can regenerate any part of his body instead of telling him he can't regenerate his brain and vital organs. The first sounds more like a lie then the latter. Not to mention how Ulquirroa boasted time and time again how Ichigo was never one the same level is him. So why would he have to make something up to make himself seem weaker to a person he knew he was stronger then. Even after Ichigo changed and torn his arm off he still boosted how he couldn't beat him. So again why does he have to lie.

If you start at the 4:20 area you'll see him talking about his power or ling as you believe. Now I want you to play close attention to the 5:10-5:12 are. At this point he forms the lance, but it doesn't look like it's made of lighting. It looks like regular reiatsu.

Can I ask you a question? Do you even pay attention to the things stated in bleach? If your going play an Arrancar i'm going have to ask you to learn about the race before you try and play it. An Arrancar full power is sealed within their zanapkuto meaning they don't gain full access to their abilities until they release. Correct me if i'm wrong but those other times Ichigo and Ulquiorra fought, Ulquiorra did not release did he? Nor did he use any other ability beside cero and the other basic Arranccar traits. The same can be said for Szayel in his battle with Renji. Actually when you look back at it none of the Espada used their ability until they released. What a weird coincidence that happens to be.

I didn't contradict anything all characters in bleach do follow a theme that defines their power especially the Espada. Again this goes back to you not doing your research. Each Espada was based of an aspect of death, that aspect also represents their released powers. Szyeal's was madness his powers caused his opponent to go mad: first you have to fight against yourself then he makes a doll of you and slowly crushes your organs while you watch and wait to die. If you look at ever other Espada and their powers you'll see the same is true, but i'm sure you don't have time for that. So i'll make it easier and show you proof from the source.

Thank you, good suggestion. However this app was already approved by an admin; there is merely a decision going on whether or not I should get the spot over someone else based on app quality.

Nowhere in that entire quote do you see anything mentioned about your appearance or trying to modify it, so why just randomly bring it up? If you looked further back to my early post you will see even then your appearance was never mentioned, so again why did you just randomly bring it up?
I don't see anywhere in which my story changed, but I do see you and your very pointless speak about your appearance. This was just another way for you to try and make yourself seem right. The two quotes you tried to use as evidence actually work against you because again there is no mention of your appearance, so you really just made yourself look bad. Good Job there little buddy.
As I said I would I posted a discussion about your app in the staff thread we will see what the others say and then go for there.
@Ichigo: If he gets the spot it's not going bother me. Do I think it's fair no, but if he gets it then he gets it. I never mentioned anything about the spot in anyone of my post. This whole argument was based off his powers and powers alone nothing more or less. And the argument about the spot isn't about who gets the spot because of app quality. The argument was she had a reservation and he ignored it because he believed he and his app were better then her and her app. Thats it once again nothing more nothing less.
And you're right an admin did approve you but another admin didn't approve you or doesn't think you should be approved, so thats 1 to 1 which means you're actually still not approved. Which is why I said I'd bring the other admin into this and let them decide.

enough, i reread it and found only one thing wrong
Any power he targets with this ability is totally negated within a 50ft area around him
this was in the middle of your alchemist silencer, dont know if it was an accident, typo, whatever, but this is the only one I see as OPed, change it and everything will be fine.
