| As cliche as it sounds... Money system and shops. Gigais. Mod Souls to be bought (PC-controlled NPC). Character ability chart (See this for example: Gin's chart.) Fullbringer ability for humans (description required). Ummmm... custom set Kido (let's make some new Hado/Bakudo to ease stuff up, there are way too many numbers missing and the same number has been seen twice more than once. We can improvise). And most importantly, Quincy characters. |

| I see some OP'ed characters that ill eventually get around to PM the admins about, so far i already got one. That brought an idea to my head.
To ensure nobody is OPed, have either 2 admins or 2 mods look over an application for it to be approved. They both need to look over the application and point things out, and when the both of them say approved, the character gets approved. Thats to ensure before a character can RP, it had FOUR sets of Staff Eyes on it before it got approved. Just to make sure there are less OP'ed Characters.
And a monthly little test for Application mods. Some test to make sure they are looking at applications properly. | |

| I was thinking.. with your power level system.. We as the rp'ers will want to rank up.
Maybe putting a training thing in ofr it,
5,000 words to jump up rnk or somthing |

| We need a way to test people who request ranks, we dont want the worst rper in the world being CC, so why not make a test, or something so we dont deal with complaints? |

| Yes, that would work well. They'd need to be hard, because those are high ranks. Good idea! :DD | |

Larry makes a very good point. A way to do a test for this might be an annual post requirement. Like for example. people with ranks such as Espada should be able to make at the very least on paragraph posts every time they post. If someone does a training and shows a steady increase in post size and passes whatever Larry thinks of for his test then they had earned their new rank because they have truly increased in rank since they have increased in rp ability. |

I disagree with making a post requirement...for the length of a post can be determine by some factors(ex: what the previous poster placed in their post....the inspiration the poster has, etc). Though I think it's an rp "standard" to at least post a paragraph. Adding limits only cause people to fill their post with "nonsense" just so it bypass the min. How will the rp ability be scaled? And how can you truly determine one's rp ability? For again an rper...can post small paragraphs for days...And all of a sudden most 5+ paragraphs of content. So how will you scale such people? |

| no it will not be scaled, it will obviously be a fighting test, to see if they know how to fight, and dont say some people cant fight, if they cant fight then they shouldnt reserve positions for FIGHTING characters |

| XD wasn't going to say that...well since it's fighting then I agree to it. |

| the leader positions dont fight that much. They lead. But you're right. when they fight, they FIGHT. those who hold high position should be able to fight. And FAIRLY at that, if you catch my drift. | |
