Appearance: Neo is about 159 cm tall so he can be seen as a kid to most people. His hair style consists of minorly spiked hair with a flame design on the front. He possesses light brown eyes with rather thin set of iris. Neo prefers formal western clothing so he altered his jihakusho to like a tuxedo with a tie, undershirt and all of the other minor details. He finds that the captains haori is a bit much so he wears it like an overcoat. He carries his Zanpaktou around his waist at the point of his left hip.

Other Techniques:
Kidō Master: Neo possesses a large knowledge of kidou up (even possessing knowledge of hado 96 ittou kaso "Single cremation blade" not that he would ever use it), due to the fact he had to compensate for his zanpaktou's very dangerous style of battle. Neo shows his masterful skill in Kidou by using two of three mid level Bakudō spells in quick succession of each other without the use of incantation following up with a high level Hado incantation, though it appears that he pulls this kind of feat of with ease it causes a large strain on Neo due to the amount of mental foucus and spirit energy such a combination requires.
Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash steps), a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Neo is actually quite terrible with his Shunpo never the less Neo possesses a moderate ability with it about at the proficiency of a lieutenant.
