Boss Battle

Kaien was on the outskirts of the seireitei, where he was suppose to be meeting the Captian Commander for a match. He challenged her the other day to see if she was really worth being called the Captian Commander. Kaien had his zanpactou out and was waiting paitently for his opponet to come. There was a small crowd around waiting for the match to begin, the Shinigami that were around were ones that they had invited themself's. Kaien knew that this was going to be one of the hardest thing he had to do in his life, but he was ready for it. He had a smile on his face and a egeaer expression as well. He knew today it would be time to nut up or shut up. He never really liked to fight unless it was something important to him, and this was important. He didnt want someone who couldnt protect themself trying to protect the weak.

Kurai appeared in front of Kaien and grinned cheerfully."Hey Kaien-sama" the captain commander wore her usual shinigami uniform that clung to her curvy figure with her sleeveless captains hoari a purple obi tied around her waist and her zanpakuto strapped to her side. Her long black hair was pulled back in a loose ponytail with her bangs framing her face and hanging over her sky blue eyes. The petite female had to slightly look up at Kaien since she was only four feet and ten inches tall in height. Kurai was invited to come spar kaien to test her strength which was alright. She didn't feel cocky about it though since she thought this would be a good opprotunity to test how far her strength has come as well as how strong her fellow captain was. She waved at the watching shinigami with a friendly expression before bowing respectfully towards Kaien before taking a fighting stance.ready when you are!" she declared while tensing her muscles awaiting his response and first move.

Kaien saw the Captain Commander appear infront oh hime, he was somewhat startled due to the fact that his mind was on something else, but he didnt let his startledness show. He heard her say his name before bowing and taking a fighting stance.

"Hello Captian Commander, Since your ready here I come, Also dont hold back you can go into Shikai or even Bankai if you chose it would be funner that way anyway"

Kaien said before chargin at the captian commander, closing the gap inbetween them. As he ran he kept his blade somwhat low, when he got close enough to her he brung his blade up in a diagonal slash. He didnt put to much into so that he could move out of the way if a counter attack would come at him.

Kurai nodded stepped back in time to hear the faint whistle as the sword missed her by an inch.she quickly aimed a kick to his side before quickly sinking to the ground and spun in a full 360 circle aiming a fast whip kick to his feet before pushing herself up by her hands and aiming a kick to his chin while her other foot kicked the side of his head.she decided to go with simple attacks before doing anything else.

As kaien attack missed he saw the captian commander counter attack coming around, so before her attack hit him he used Utsusemi, which left an after image in the spot he was in. He was behind her, he then sent his blade towards he spin in he back. He had a very serial killer look on his face as he did so. He would only get like this when he is in a seriouse fight for his life. Thats it how seriouse Kaien took this fight even though it really wasent that seriouse.

Kurai jumped up, giving a back flip over the strike and his head she quickly grabbed his shoulders and when her feet touched the ground she hoisted her arm which would cause him to be picked up and quickly thrown down hard on his back though before he landed her foot came up and kicked him square in the chest which she ended her turn with a elbow jab to the center of his back.

kaien saw her backflip her way out of the stab in the back and all this hand-to-hand wasent cutting it for Kaien, he wanted some sword action.

"Get ready for you will be the first to see my Shikai,Bow before the Frozen Sage!, Kurounin Aisu"

Kaien said as he activated his Shikai, he watched as Kurounin Aisu transforms from its standard katana form to a nodachi or, what some refer to it as, a large nihontō.

"I hope your ready my friend"

Kaien then activated his first and second ability of his Shikai. His blade essentially shatters into three dozen long, thin shards of ice that can be controlled by his Kaien. Also with the second The area around Kaien begins to decrease severely in temperature. In a moist environment, it will begin to snow. As time passes, the snow will increase in downfall speed and thickness. Kaien then made it snow and as he did he sent 2 of his ice shards at the captian commander.

Ability 1: Aisu Shaddo (Shikai Required)

Description of ability: This is Kurounin Aisu's "Ice Barrage" technique. The blade essentially shatters into three dozen long, thin shards of ice that can be controlled by his owner. There are basically two ways to use this technique, the first being obvious. A barrage of ice shards strike at the foe, easily destroyable though can be reformed for another attack depending on the amount of spiritual energy the wielder has remaining. The second is a simple wall of ice, able to block low-leveled kidos and small energy attacks. It increases in power as the user grows in skill with the technique.

Ability 2: Touketsu Reiki (Shikai Required)

Description of ability: This is Kurounin Aisu's "Frozen Aura" technique. The area around Kaien begins to decrease severely in temperature. In a moist environment, it will begin to snow. As time passes, the snow will increase in downfall speed and thickness. Kaien can control the snow merely by thinking about it, not requiring verbal or somatic guidance. As long as there is moisture in the air, Kurama's spiritual energy slowly regenerates, allowing for his shikai to fuel itself. This will also increase the number of ice shards that appear as time passes.
