Moderator

I notice this site does not have many moderators or admins, and I would like to help the site out by reading over and approving or denying apps. Just so that those still waiting on their applications to be checked can get a yes or no.

*Raises Hand* So would I if that is alright. After all... It would be helpful to have two mods that are on daily, right? Not to mention I have brought up mods before.. But I would understand if I don't get such a position cause people don't agree I deserve such a thing. IT'S UP TO TEH ADMIN!!! *Dances Out*

1) There are no Unchecked apps, they are all either WIP or -I- am waiting for modifications to be done.

2) I already sent Byakuya a Pm with my Mod recommendations

3) I will appoint mods after I can see for myself people are up to the task. Having A flawless App is a must if you want to be checking apps. A behavior that does not include disagreeing with the admins every 5 seconds is a must for in-forum moderation.

Well you have seen my app and you had no problems with it besides me missing one word, which I quickly fixed. Also, When it comes to arguing, I don't argue. I make a point. And I have yet to see Folemy mess up, as well. He's been chilled out.

It is not good behavior when you complain that I'm not doing my job when an App is posted at 3:20 in the morning and I check it barely 15 hours later.

It is not good behavior that you complain I'm not doing my job/am not on enough when there are NO Apps waiting for actions on my part.

It is not good behavior when you post in apps to tell me to botch my job.

You DO disagree with every single last thing I say and you're proving it right now, again.

I'm usually very patient with people and you should be able to see this in the apps but quite honestly you do get on my nerves a lot. Again, I'll appoint mods when I can see two criterion. The first being to be able to do a good job, the second just as important being the ability for the staff team to be cohesive and get along.

Um... Let me see... I did not complain about you not doing your job, I mentioned the site. Not once did your name slip from my fingertips. That is number one.

Number two, I never said you weren't doing your job, so I do not see where you have gotten that from.

Three, I posted in an app just defending someone because he did not know the show. You have to expect that from running a site.

Four, I don't disagree with everything you say. If I did I would say so without hesitation, it is just who I am.

I do understand that you may feel like I'm aiming at you but I am not. I'm just looking over the site as a happy RPer on multiple sites, trying to help this one be the very best like from day one I offered you being an affiliate with my friend Angel's site that currently has 128 members, always busy and the people looking for the next place to post on. I merely try to help but you seem to take it as a challenge. You can ask anyone that has actually talked to me, I do not try to do anything but have fun and help. if you see me as being rude, then please tell me so. Notice, after you responded on the app that, and I quote "Have ant problems with my methods of being an admin, please tell so in a private message." I believe I have not. If I have private messaged anyone it would be Nishi when we were discussing his app.

I never call you out on anything but here you are targeting a member in plain sight to all on a board where I was just trying to help. If you have a problem with me in such a manor, that could have been in PM not attacking me directly as you did. You don't have to "slip a name" since I'm the only staff member that does any work here and has for the last month. Every time you talked about apps "being left unchecked" on the chat-box surely you were not referring to some Ghost Mods from beyond; obviously it will be hard to "not" feel like you're "aiming at me" if I'm the only one to look at. If anything, this very thread is the epitome of what I'm talking about. You claim to not have any issues with me but you have brought up the "need" for moderators MANY times in just a few day. If there is a -need- for more staff members, a need would be caused by the current staff, namely me, being unable to handle their task. You may not realize your own actions, but this thread in itself -is- "attacking" me hence why I replied here and not in PMs .But I digress, this is going nowhere and helping no one.

Maybe that was a suggestion that the other Admin aren't doing their job? Have I said to you "You don't do your job."? Or have I said "This place needs help."? You need to learn not to take things personally and realize I mean for the overall SITE. Not some damn woman I do not even know that swears the world is talking about her. Now, I will say this at this moment. I am in a very bad mood as I type this response and if you want to show me disrespect I more that likely won't hold my tongue in anything that I usually would call rude. This thread is not ATTACKING you but instead trying to help you! You see this as a threat, getting defensive and with such an admin running the site you need help. That is what is trying to be offered before your eyes. Overall I merely offered my assistance. As well did Folemy who had started the thread. I merely responded.

I made no judgement of your person as a whole. You were acting in a passive aggressive manner, which means to show aggression through discreet means that involve context and are unnoticeable by people outside of the context.
